Hardox 400-450-500 & Tuf are premium wear-resistant steel grades from SSAB, designed for extreme durability and longevity in abrasive environments.

• Hardox 400 (400 HBW): A versatile, all-rounder steel with excellent wear resistance, ideal for applications like truck bodies, buckets, and construction equipment.

• Hardox 450 (450 HBW): Offers 50% greater wear resistance than Hardox 400, perfect for high-stress uses such as mining machinery and dumpers.

• Hardox 500 (500 HBW): The hardest in the series, optimized for severe abrasion (e.g., crushers, shredders).

• Hardox Tuf (380-430 HBW): Balances hardness with high toughness, engineered for impact-heavy applications like demolition tools and recycling equipment.

Thickness Range: Available in 4mm to 100mm, allowing flexibility for lightweight or heavy-duty structures.
